I am a clinical psychologist who graduated from the University of Coimbra in 2001 and is a full member of the Portuguese Order of Psychologists, with professional card number 19810. I have a master's degree in psychodynamic psychology with children and adolescents, a postgraduate degree in psychological coaching and in work and organizational psychology. My approach is integrative, depending on the person and the issue they bring to the session. I use various methodologies, depending on how they fit into each specific case. I believe that each session is an opportunity for personal understanding and development.
