About

As a licensed counselor and clinical psychologist in training, I have helped people in various setting such school, workplace and community. I have counseling prowess in diverse psychological needs such as Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, self-esteem and Grief. I have received my Guidance and Counseling license in 2023 but deeming to look for my license in Psychologist this 2024. I am planning to take my PhD in Clinical Psychology. I am mastering the art of CBT, humanistic therapy, Narrative Therapy, SFBT and Positive Psychology.
