I graduated with high honors from the Department of Psychology at Bilkent University. Following my graduation, I gained diverse experience through internships in forensic, clinical, industrial, and developmental psychology. I furthered my education by completing a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where I focused my thesis on the acceptance-based emotion and physical pain regulation skills of individuals with low tolerance for uncertainty. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I worked as a researcher in various international laboratories, specializing in developmental psychology, neuropsychology, and behavioral sciences.
