My clinical training has enabled me to acquire the ability to understand the different mental health problems and the difficulties associated with them, empowering me with appropriate intervention techniques to promote change and the remission of symptoms. I work every day and I'm committed to my continuous training so that I can contribute effectively to the goals I set myself, having recently completed an Advanced Post-University Specialization in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapies. I also developed skills in the area of Occupational Health Psychology, through the possibility of assessing psychosocial risks in companies. This allows me to focus on the employee as an integral part of a system, where their well-being should be of central importance.
