I am a professional Mental Health Counsellor, a graduate of the European Institute of Counselling & Psychotherapy - EICP in Greece and a member of the Hellenic Counselling Society. In addition, I have specialised in Couples and Family Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Therapy and Positive Psychology.
