Hello my name is Tanya I am a counselor psychologist I have done masters in clinical psychology and have experience of 2 year I have knowledge of various mental disorders and it's psychological assessments like HAM-A, HAM-D AND YBOCS. I am well versed with dealing with disorders like depression, ocd, personality disorders, eating disorders and career counseling. Apart from this I am a hypnotherapist as well and I have specialty in mini nap, age regression, EMPTY CHAIR, stress management, white light visualization techniques. I feel life is too short to suffer and cry and that sometime the strongest thing one can do is take care of themselves. According to me suffering doesn't make me weak but it makes you stronger and help you become more stronger to fight all the problems. I want mental health to be seen as a solution and boon than a myth.
