A clinical psychologist with over 5 years of clinical experience in managing mental health challenges both physically and virtually. I have track records of managing mental health issues, relating to anxiety, depression, psychological distress, relationship issues, martial challenges, PTSD and substance abuse. Aiding this is my research abilities which provides a platform to learn and improve in practice. I am client centered and practice within the ethics of clinical practice.
