I offer CBT, Mindfulness based therapies, psychotherapies, Talk therapy, lifestyle based therapies and many more. I am a student of MSc in Psychology where I am still looking for some opportunities to sharpen my learnings and skills gained during my Bachelors in Psychology Hons. and my MSc in Psychology. I have already gained ample knwledge by being an intern for 6 months in my first internship and during my second internship I played a vital role as Child Psychology Intern. I have published my very first article on topic 'Childhood Trauma' which I believe makes me a good fit for this opportunity.
