I am a licensed Psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology and advanced training in Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I work with adults who are facing emotional, relational, and mental health challenges, offering a safe, reflective, and non-judgmental therapeutic space through online video or chat sessions. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals better understand their inner world, emotional patterns, and recurring difficulties in relationships, mood, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem.
