Hello and welcome to Mantra Care! I am Anastasia, I am originally from Greece and now living in the Hague, in the Netherlands, the last 2,5 years, where I am currently fully dedicated into my clinical work, and building my private practice in the field I am most passionate about, mental health care. My path as a psychologist started in Greece, where I completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and got my first insight into clinical practice. Engaging, for the first time, into real-life client sessions, through my internship, showed to me the profound impact of the therapeutic relationship itself and confirmed my real passion for Clinical Psychology! I decided to continue my education abroad starting from the UK, where I dived deeper into Psychoanalysis, a field that taught me the vital role of both introspection and self-awareness into efficient therapy, and ending up in the Netherlands, where I finally got my Master degree in Clinical Psychology.
