Amanda believes in journeying alongside her clients as persons, discovering, and learning together. She has witnessed how this approach is effective in bringing about restoration of the mind and heart especially in grieving and processing thought and emotions in the therapeutic setting. She also advocates for a healthy challenge on the journey and applies Ellis’ REBT techniques in sessions. Amanda holds that change is constant and therefore integrates the philosophy of existentialism when interacting with clients.
