I originally trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in the 1980's and then worked as an actor for many years. However, over the last 22+ years my life started to take a different turn when I began to attend experiential self-development and leadership workshops/retreats with such organisations as The ManKind Project and Shadow Work.
