I always wanted to work in the field of mental health because I like to help people deal with their emotional concerns and I had a keen desire to become a Mental health counselor. I have completed my MA in counseling psychology from S.N.D.T women's University in 2020. I have worked with children in NMMC School Seaweoods, (Aakanksha Foundation) for 1 year. I have been working as a freelance Counselor with young adults handling the cases of Depression, Autism, Anxiety and Stress since May 2022. I have done CBT Advance Master class from Indian Counseling Services Delhi in March 2022 and have been using CBT in therapy sessions. Have completed Positive Psychology Coaching from International Federation Coach Benglore in 2020. I have expertise in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Anger Management, Adolescent and Greif Counseling.
