I am a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist and an accredited member of the BACP. I trained as a psychodynamic counsellor which means we will look at your past experiences and how these are impacting your day to day life. I listen to how you feel and together we explore what's holding you back or causing you pain. I believe the counselling relationship is very special. It provides a space that's yours where you can explore and express your inner thoughts and feelings in confidence and safety.
