I work with adults, children and young people on a wide range of issues. I am down to earth, friendly and will help you to talk through your problems and find a solution that fits you. There is nothing more empowering than discovering your own strengths, taking control of your own life and making positive decisions based on what you want and need. I am an integrative accredited counsellor which enables me to tailor my approach to you and your needs.
