Individuals (£80 per session, concessionary rate available) I have a particular interest in working with people with low self-esteem, that struggle in their relationships – unsure about when it’s okay to say no to people, and fearful of the potential consequences. This can be particularly acute for people in recovery from addiction – it can be excruciating to navigate feelings and relationships, without using the addictive substance/behaviour to numb out the pain.
