Therapy is a way for you to work through particular issues in a safe environment. I work in a non-directive style, which means that it will always be up to you to decide what to bring to the session - I will not ask, or expect, you to talk about anything you do not want to. During sessions we will think together about the issues you are facing, and how they are making you feel at this time. I will make space for you to be heard in a completely non-judgmental environment.
