I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (MA) based in Nairobi, Kenya, offering psychotherapy both virtually and in person. I specialize in trauma-informed work and am trained in evidence-based interventions including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). I work with individuals experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, as well as those exploring psychotherapy for behaviour change and personal development.
