I am a BACP Accredited Person-Centred Counsellor. I have experience of working within the third sector, school-based counselling & also in private practice. Talking to friends and family can sometimes come with challenges, in counselling you can talk freely and openly without fear of judgement and receive empathy and support that is focused on your own personal experience and growth. Developing a safe, accepting and authentic therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work with clients.
