Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you (that would assume you need fixing!). It’s about meaningful change - processing and untangling what feels heavy. That weight can take many forms: parts of yourself you’ve learned to hide, struggles with identity, relationships that don’t feel safe, trauma, anxiety, low moods, overwhelm or unhealthy patterns that keep repeating.
