Training, qualifications & experience My background in Social Care and Training and Development for a number of years showed me everyone is unique and their experiences are individual to their lives. My belief is that mental health labels do not define a person and are often an outcome of what has happened or is happening to that person. I volunteered with a bereavement agency called Cruse Scotland for 6 years until 2021.
