About

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to each person’s unique needs. I see therapy as a collaborative space where we work together to explore challenges, patterns, and goals. My sessions are warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, where clients can feel safe being open and honest. I help identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges and many nuances. Laughter, authenticity, and real connection are key in my work—they help lighten difficult moments and remind us of our resilience. My goal is to both support and challenge you, helping you build insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change, all in a space grounded in equality, understanding, and genuine human connection.
