I offer a sliding scale between £45 and £55 and ask clients to pay what they can afford within this. I offer weekly sessions, as I've found this is generally how my clients get the most out of their therapy experience. I am currently offering online appointments over Doxy, a video platform similar to Skype. IFS works well online, as there’s an emphasis on turning one’s focus inward.
