Struggling with overwhelming emotions and difficult thoughts can feel so isolating, but it does not have to be something we try to overcome alone. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself and take steps towards addressing these obstacles. I work with teens and adults dealing with various issues including anxiety, phobias, depression, attachment injuries, school or work related stress, interpersonal difficulties and overall promoting self-resiliency.
