My practice specializes in helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, obsessive behaviours, insomnia and other lifestyle concerns, interpersonal and intimate relationship challenges, and a sense of lack of meaning or purpose in life. I use an integral and person-centered approach, one which considers and values a person in all of their dimensions: mind, body, spirit, heart and culture. My offering combines depth psychology (psychodynamic, Jungian), contemporary
