I’m Farah, a psychotherapist and relationship therapist based in India. I practice online with individuals and couples. I work with people navigating relationships, identity, trauma, anxiety, family dynamics and major life transitions, with a particular focus on queer and neurodivergent clients and relationships. Rather than looking for a single 'right' way to live, our work makes space for your particular socio-political context, identities and values. I draw from relational, emotion-focused, narrative and trauma-focused approaches, while adapting therapy to the person or relationship in front of me. My practice, the Mirrored Room is queer-led, neurodivergence-affirming and social-justice informed. I have extensive experience working with queer and non-monogamous clients and those who practise kink/BDSM. I hope to co-create a space with my clients that is warm, authentic and collaborative. I work in English with clients across India and internationally, bringing a culturally responsive lens to my practice.
