About

I am an integrative counsellor and psychologist, offering online therapy in English and Bulgarian to adults and young people. I have been working and training in the field of psychology and counselling since 2019, with my first counselling practice beginning in 2020 in the UK under professional supervision. I work with people experiencing emotional pain, anxiety, panic, low mood, relationship difficulties, anger, self-doubt, difficult life transitions and the lasting effects of challenging experiences. My approach is integrative, which means I tailor therapy to the individual rather than trying to fit every person into the same therapeutic model. I am particularly interested in how people experience themselves, their relationships and the world around them, and in helping clients develop a deeper understanding of their emotions, patterns and needs. My training includes a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (EQF Level 5), alongside four years of counselling training in the UK, including supervised practice and personal therapy. I believe therapy is not about being given ready-made answers. It is about having a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface and work towards meaningful change. I offer confidential online sessions in English and Bulgarian, providing a space where you can explore what you are going through at your own pace.
