I believe that psychology is a tool for solving problems and working through change. In my career, I have helped many people overcome emotional difficulties and work through trauma, grief, and loss. I also regularly work with couples and families, helping with challenges including marital conflict and parenting difficulties. My approach is integrative, and I draw upon a number of evidenced-based approaches, including emotion-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, experiential therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
