I am a registered psychotherapist and I have worked in the children, youth, and adult mental health field for over 12 years. I hold a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Over the past decade I’ve worked in residential, hospital, outpatient, community, school, virtual and private mental health settings. The focus of my work has primarily been around anxiety, depression, school related stress, ADHD, anger, emotional regulation, substance use, trauma, and parenting support. My work has also included assisting many families throughout the GTA with navigation to essential mental health services. Recently I’ve authored a children’s story book “When I feel my tough feelings” to help children and parents learn to navigate through tough emotions. As a therapist, you will likely find that I am warm, accepting, non-judgmental, compassionate and empathetic and understanding to experiences of oppression based on race, color or gender. All individuals are welcome as my practice supports equality, diversity and is LGBTQ2S+ affirming. Contact for a free consultation to learn more about how I can help you with your mental health goals.
