I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), and I primarily use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness strategies. I tailor each session to your unique goals and needs, always respecting your pace and experiences. I have experience working with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and issues related to identity and self-esteem.
