As a licensed pedagogist, I individualing teaching strategies and supports students needs.I am helping the students(secondary schools and universities) with ADHD. I am working with gifted students to realize maximum their potential. Also, I help student to resolve relational problems. I also help to prevent the behavior risk in the adolescence. I also give professional support to student's family. I am working with the problems on the work pleace, such as, burnout, mobbing, stress, workholism, abusing. I am also, mag. of the science of philosophy, and in my pedagogical sessions I often use the philosophical approach to resolve the problem, such as maieutic approach.
